Measurement of Electromagnetic Fields

In the current EU Directive 2013/35/EU, the legislator requires the assessment of electromagnetic fields from

  • Production machines,
  • Products and
  • Workplaces.

This also applies to legacy machines and systems.

We offer active support for the examination of workplaces for possible exposure. This is not only important for wearers of pacemakers or metallic implants! The current exposure must be taken into account in the risk assessment of the workplace, both in the office and in production. Therefore, a test of the machines for emission of electromagnetic fields is indispensable.

We carry out our certified measurements with the most modern and calibrated measuring technology. The measurements are carried out according to the current standards and regulations. For each measured machine you receive a meaningful protocol. In our company we evaluate the measured values at the individual measuring points for you. This evaluation is made available to you as a measurement protocol. The protocol is also an important part of your machine documentation.

Sound Level Measurements

Depending on local conditions, a sound pressure level may occur at equipment that can cause noise-induced hearing loss. If the level exceeds 85 dB(A), the operating personnel must wear hearing protection. Alternatively, sound insulation measures can be installed.

At our customer's request, we can prepare sound measurement reports for our systems, as well as for any other machines and equipment. The measurements are carried out according to the current standards and regulations. For each measured machine you receive a meaningful protocol. In our company we evaluate the measured values at the individual measuring points for you. This evaluation is made available to you as a measurement protocol. The protocol is also an important part of your machine documentation.
