How should I apply to EMA Indutec? 

We prefer applications via e-mail to [email protected].  

 

Are all open positions published on the website? 
Usually, all open positions are published and updated regularly on our website. If a position is filled, the advertisement will be removed.  

 

Why are there no advertisements available in English?

As we require all employees to be fluent in German, we do not translate our job advertisements. 

 

What should I do if I am interested in several positions, and I want to apply for them? 
Please send in your application with a note referring to the jobs you are interested in.  

 

Can I apply for positions even if they are not currently advertised?
We gladly accept speculative applications and will contact you if a position matching your experiences and qualifications opens.  

 

What does the application process at EMA Indutec look like? 
We examine your application for matches between the job specifications and your experiences and qualifications. Those who meet these specifications will be invited to interviews with technical and HR representatives. We will always keep you updated on your application’s status.  

 

Which collective agreement applies to EMA Indutec? 
We are subject to the collection wage agreement of the metalworking and electrical industry Nordwürttemberg/Nordbaden.  

 

Does EMA Indutec offer internships? How many slots per year? 
We mostly offer holiday internships in the fields of mechanical and electrical construction. Depending on this year’s resource allocation, we decide whether internships can be organised. We do offer internships for mandatory work experience, internships mandatory for retraining or university education as well as accompaniment for bachelor’s and master’s theses if they are thematically appropriate for our company.  

 

Does EMA Indutec offer traineeships? 
We currently offer the following traineeships: 

  • Industrial mechanician for the subject area mechanical engineering and systems technology 
  • Electronics technician for the subject area machinery and systems
