After a few years, we were delighted to once again have a booth at Wire&Tube 2026 in Düsseldorf.
Customers, partners, and competitors gathered at our facility to discuss current trends in induction technology.
At the same time, we were joined by our colleagues from Ajax Tocco Germany, who were there to demonstrate the wide range of possibilities offered by induction soldering.
This allows us to cover the full range of induction solutions, including service, maintenance, simulation, and inductor manufacturing.
Global Interest
We have welcomed experts, engineers, manufacturing staff, and users of our systems from a wide variety of countries. This confirms the global interest in highly efficient heating solutions.
Technological Exchange + Future Projects
- In-line tube annealing / blank annealing: Induction as a replacement for gas furnaces was one of the most discussed topics. Reducing CO2 emissions is prompting companies to consider new technologies. Our optimized induction coils ensure high efficiency in a small space. Blank annealing, in particular, involves managing the hydrogen environment.
- In-line wire heating: Instead of being wound onto a coil, wires can be heated directly on the production line. Thanks to our power supply, which supports multiple parallel coils, we achieve a compact design. Another advantage is the flexible control system. The power output of each line can be controlled individually. This allows wires of different diameters to be fed in parallel.
- Optimizing Existing Systems: Coils and inductors often remain unchanged for many years. Workpieces and materials, however, change. Our computer simulation helps determine the optimal settings for your induction system. We are often tasked with calculating whether there is a better coil geometry that would make the heating process more efficient.
Thanks to the simulation, we avoid having to set up test rigs, thereby reducing the time and costs involved. - Service — Availability and quality are becoming increasingly important: many long-time machine operators are retiring. Their successors are still gaining experience. We bridge this gap with our service technicians. Operating worldwide, we work closely with our customers to ensure that their systems run optimally.
An additional service that is in increasingly high demand: field strength measurement—we provide a measurement report listing the measurement points and compare the values with applicable standards. We make recommendations regarding shielding if people are working in an area with elevated field strength.
A look into the future
Through the discussions we had at the trade show, we’ve found new projects, new suppliers, and new partners. We look forward to working together to advance induction technology.
