Service contract
Maintenance & all-round protection for your system
Service contracts for your induction systems – maximum availability, predictable costs
Induction heating systems are the heart of your production – unplanned downtime costs time and money. With our service contracts, you can be sure of predictable maintenance intervals, fast response times and direct contacts who know your system. This keeps your production running reliably – today and in the future.
What is included in an EMA service contract?
Induction hardening systems are complex systems – consisting of a machine, inductor, energy transfer, recooling system and converter. If just one component fails, the entire production comes to a standstill. This is precisely where the EMA Indutec service contract comes in: with an annual machine and converter inspection as well as structured basic maintenance that covers all safety and function-relevant areas of your system.
Our trained service technicians systematically check and maintain your system according to the principle of “action instead of reaction” – so that unplanned downtimes do not occur in the first place.
What is being serviced?
Maintenance covers all central system areas of your induction hardening system: On the machine itself, we check the cladding, safety equipment, hoses, limit switches and lubrication points, replace toothed belts and clean the laser scanner and pyrometer. On the inductor, we check the spray pattern of the showers, replace O-rings and carry out a visual inspection. The energy transmission is checked for leaks, transformers and coaxial cable connections are checked. The recooling system is cleaned and checked, including the heat exchanger, valves, pressure gauges and filter elements. The inverter is visually inspected, cleaned, the electronic components in the power section are measured and all protective circuits and supply voltages are checked.
Once maintenance has been completed, you will receive a full maintenance report with confirmation of the machine geometry – and, if required, a quotation for the necessary spare parts.
Your advantages at a glance:
10 % discount on current service hourly rates – 1 free system flush per maintenance – Travel flat rate instead of mileage billing – Plannable costs – Documented maintenance logs
