Wire heating

Induction offers a wide range of applications in wire heating. Heating can take place in a continuous cycle or in batches. Very high production speeds can be achieved, especially in throughfeed. The design can be kept very compact by arranging the coils in parallel.

As induction is a non-contact process, the surface of the wire is not affected. Wires of different diameters can be heated in the same coil
