Working student (m/f/d) for the implementation of AI tools

To strengthen our Finance & HR team and the management team in Meckesheim, we are seeking a
work-study student (m/f/d) to implement AI tools, to start as soon as possible.
We are a successful, internationally active technology company based near Heidelberg and specialize in the construction of induction heating and hardening systems as well as frequency converters for a wide range of industrial applications. As part of a successful group of companies, we make an active and sustainable contribution to the energy transition of the 21st century with our products and services.
Your tasks
- You analyze our existing processes and identify potential for the use of AI tools
- You carry out independent research and market analyses on suitable AI solutions
- You develop simple AI-supported solutions for specialist departments (e.g. chatbots, automations, small tools)
- You build and test internal AI agents to support processes
- You support the integration of AI into existing systems and workflows
- You experiment with new technologies and contribute your own ideas
- You document your solutions and help others to use them
Your profile
- You are studying business informatics, economics, computer science, data science or similar. HR management or business administration are also possible if you have practical experience with the development of AI tools
- Students in a transition phase are taken into account, e.g. between Bachelor's and Master's degree programs
- You already have practical experience with prompts and AI tools and would like to deepen your knowledge further
- You already have experience with independently developed AI-based solutions
- You are characterized by conceptual thinking and the ability to structure your work independently
