To strengthen our Finance and HR team in Meckesheim, we are looking for a commercial employee (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time temporary basis
We are a successful, internationally active technology company based near Heidelberg and specialize in the construction of induction heating and hardening systems as well as frequency converters for a wide range of industrial applications. As part of a successful group of companies, we make an active and sustainable contribution to the energy transition of the 21st century with our products and services.
Your tasks
- Support in personnel and finance (e.g. personnel administration, controlling, financial accounting)
- Administrative support in order processing
- Telephone reception and professional support for our customers and business partners
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Confident use of MS Office products, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
- First professional experience an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Flexibility and quick comprehension
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Team spirit, initiative and reliability
