But first back to the beginning

It all began with Walter Schultze. With EMA Elektromaschinen Schultze, the electrical engineer from Berlin created a regional company that was a trailblazer for the surrounding area and its people from the very beginning.

  • 1946: Foundation of EMA Elektromaschinen Schultze in Hirschhorn
  • 1947-48: Extension of the old Wehrmacht garage
  • 1958-59: Construction of the new production hall in Hirschhorn
  • 1960: Extension of the garage
  • 1976: Death of Walter Schultze. The company management remains in family hands.
  • 1991: Celebration of the company’s 45th anniversary under the management of Gisela Schultze with 318 employees
  • 1999: EMA becomes a member of the Aichelin Group
  • 2004: Complete relocation to Meckesheim. New construction of the administration building
  • 2010: Foundation of EMA Induction Technology (Beijing)
  • 2017: Celebration of the company’s 70th anniversary
  • 2020: Even if the external circumstances leave something to be desired, we master all situations with humor and competence. The Christmas greetings from the middle of the Covid19 crisis and other interesting videos can be found on YouTube.
  • 2024: EMA becomes a member of the Park Ohio Group
