A universally applicable, easy-to-install hardening machine for minor to medium-weight work pieces to be produced in differently sized and compact constructions, designed for small to high batch production series, equipped with a variety of supplementary facilities which can be adjusted to the users specific requirements. Low-cost and, thus, efficient construction to guarantee the reliable and consistent processing of work pieces of reproducible, high quality. The inductor feed motion and the rotation of the work pieces are realised via NC drive. Comprehensive and easy operation owing to CNC control. Ready for immediate use, only shortly after delivery.
